Crochet Yoga Socks Pattern

Sharing is caring!

You may not know this about me, but I am crazy about yoga! All different kinds and varieties, if it’s yoga….I am in! I get my yoga in almost everyday, sometimes bright and early, sometimes right before bed, but I aim for at least once a day! Over the holidays I was telling my husband how my feet were getting cold some mornings, and he suggest some Yoga Socks! Well, of course I had to make my own! So to to kick off the Crochet In A Day Blog Hop I am excited to share the Asana Yoga Socks Pattern!

Easy Yoga and Workout Socks

The Asana Yoga Socks are designed to wear during your practice or even as a workout or lounging toeless accessory….socks and sandals anyone?!

The pattern is worked from the top down making it easy to adjust to just your right fit using only single and half double crochet.

I chose to use *WeCrochet’s *Galileo yarn in Lyra. Galileo is light #2 Sport Weight yarn with just a slight stretch. I opted for sport weight so the sock wouldn’t be too bulky during practice and still be able to feel grounded to the earth.

Thanks for sharing your yoga sock pattern. (I didn’t know there is such a thing 🤷‍♀️) My daughter in law does yoga, (and is always cold) so, I plan to make a couple of pairs for her birthday.

What am I doing wrong 😭 I’ve tried making these 3 times and each time the cuff is so tiny I can’t get them on, but the actual sock is so loose 😭😭

    • Ashley

You could try going up a size hook for the cuff.
It may also depend on how stretchy the yarn is, if you need to do a few more rows for the cuff you could try that was well.
