Sheridan Ridge Slouchy Hat
Ahhhh, Spring!! One of my fave times of year! The beauty of spring here in the rain forest of Vancouver Island is breath-taking, I look forward to it all winter. The downside to spring though, it’s chilly in the mornings, and the evenings, but so mild during the day. To combat the daily temp variations this year I decided to design a new slouch hat that was not too warm, but just warm enough for the multi-temps of Spring. So I am thrilled to introduce the Sheridan Ridge Slouchy Hat!

Hi, it’s March 7 evening 8n the UK and I followed the link for the free Ravelry pattern but it wasn’t free. Should I use a code?

Coral Vorster
Please help me with the pattern for the Sheridan Ridge Slouchy Hat.pattern.
Rnd 7: I do not understand the wording of this row. I crocheted the FPTC in 3rd DC. HOW DOES ONE WORK BEHIND a FPTC you have just made? and then dc in 2,3 & 4th dc. Then it goes on to say ” FPTC around SAME post as FIRST FPTC? THAT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE.
PLEASE REVERT TO ME URGENTLY AS I AM BUSY WITH THE HAT AT THIS MOMENT and cannot go on any further.
THANK YOU

Hi! I am just confused as to what you mean when you say “top loop.” The picture doesn’t help.
Ashley
Hello, If you are referring to slst rounds, it could also be phrased as the ‘back loop’. hth!
Rosemarie
Thank you!
